Research In Motion, maker of Blackberry mobile phone, has given certain proposals for lawful access to its services by law enforcing agencies and these proposals will be operationalised in India, Home Ministry sources said.
It was also decided that the Department of Telecommunication would study the feasbility of all such services being provided through a server in India.
Home Ministry will review BlackBerry security issues in 60 days.
